Automotive Roundtable of the AHK Shenyang - Essentials in Chinese Employment Law for Managers at 21. September 2016

Chinese Employment Law, often also referred as Chinese Labor Law, is a vital area for achieving legal compliance in any foreign invested company in China. Due to a significant rise in awareness on these matters and compliance inspections becoming increasingly stringent and frequent, especially managers of foreign businesses with operations in China are well advised to be aware of the most important rules and regulations on how to accurately employ personnel in China according to local standards.

This roundtable took place at the Draexlmaier Automotive plant near Benxi which was opened in 2010. The plant has a shop floor area of more than 48,000 sqm and currently occupies around 3,000 workers. The Draexlmaier plant produces state-of-the-art wiring harnesses for Automotive OEMs such as BMW Brilliance Automotive and others.
