On Monday, November 09 2015, a delegation from the city of Freie- und Hansestadt Hamburg visited Beijing. The delegation consisted of representatives of politics and business, headed by the First Mayor of Hamburg Olaf Scholz. During an evening reception at the German Embassy in Beijing, Starke Managing Counsel Daniel Albrecht had the opportunity to talk with Olaf Scholz about economic issues.
