For our office in Beijing, we are currently looking for a high-profile
IP and Legal Consultant (m/f)
based in Beijing
Your Responsibilities:
Work as a consultant in Beijing with responsibilities such as:
- Trademark recherché;
- File trademark applications;
- Draft search reports of trademark requests;
- Correspondence with the TRAP ;
- Translation of contracts (English/Chinese: Chinese/English);
- Trademark Infringement, litigation and prosecution (if enough work expirience)
- Oversee and monitor projects;
- Advise business clients on their expansion and activities in China;
- Coordinate projects in direct cooperation with our partners;
- Negotiate with business clients and public authorities in China;
- Prepare presentations and workshops
Requirement:
The candidate should…
- Be Chinese national who speaks excellent English and ideally German;
- Be highly motivated, team-oriented and able to work independently;
- Be able to communicate effectively;
- Be able to work under pressure and meet the deadline of projects
- Be career-minded and show a very high degree of flexibility;
- Have excellent interpersonal skills;
- Able to work on specific project assignments:
- Be able to organize work processes independently;
- Have very good computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
An excellent candidate would…
Be qualified as PRC attorney at law:
- Have a degree in law:
- Have at least 2 years of previous work experience as IP Professional;
- Have previous work experience with drafting and translating contracts;
- Have outstanding organizational skills.
